Maybe we are getting ahead of ourselves here, since we have yet to complete our home study, but we have colors and themes picked out for little one's bedroom! We've had a lot of time to think about it, so really, this is old news to us. We'll be going with navy blue and orange with a Detroit Tigers/baseball theme, or pink/lime green/brown and a potential flower theme. Check it out!
The trim, doors, and closet are painted. We're heading to Sherwin Williams today to pick up the wall color. We decided to go with a neutral wall color since we don't know if we'll have a boy or girl. That way we'll be ready and can just add in accents with one of the color sets when the time arrives!

Truthfully, I like them equally. I think the girly print is really pretty, and of course I like the Tigers theme :).
